Faced with the closure of universities to women in Afghanistan, our objective is to enable young women to follow university training in Iran, a neighboring country whose language they speak and which agrees to issue them visas and university residence permits for the duration of their training. After four years of training, these young women will return to Afghanistan as graduates.
Although women are now banned from university and any other training in Afghanistan, they can work in their country to treat women. It is therefore an urgent matter to maintain training pathways. With regular and modest aid, we offer scholarships and administrative assistance to make this training possible.
In 2024-2025, thanks to your donations, we supported six social science students who will eventually become teachers in Afghanistan.
We are committed to supporting them during their four years of undergraduate training.
We provide them with monthly stipends covering daily costs, tuition fees and rent in university residences.
We are also now launching a new donation campaign to award other scholarships to 10 new candidates, four of whom are for studies in the care sector.
These 10 new candidates are ready to start their studies in September 2025 in an Iranian university establishment.
As with the first 6, their families do not have the means to finance them.
At the same time, we also support young students who are undergoing training in Afghanistan.
